Monosaccharide analysis of the RP-HPLC purified (AO)7:GALT reaction product following acid hydrolysis. Permeabilized microsomal membranes from the transgenic Pichia C2 line expressing His6-AtGALT2 served as the enzyme source in the (AO)7:GALT reaction. The 14C-labeled monosaccharides were analyzed by HPAEC on a CarboPac PA-10 column. Elution times of monosaccharide standards are as indicated with arrows at the top.
