TABLE 2.

Properties of mIPSCs recorded

Transfected neurons were used at DIV 11 + 4 for recording the mIPSCs as described under “Experimental Procedures.” The values are given as the means ± S.E. Statistical analysis was done using unpaired Student's t test and ANOVA. Neurons were treated with vehicle (saline) or PD98059 (25 μm) for 3 h at DIV 15 prior to recording the mIPSC currents.
