Aortic FC (A), CE (B), and TC (C) contents in baseline, untreated (“No Treatment”), and treated with F1394 ACAT inhibitor (“Treatment”) mouse arches were measured by gas-liquid chromatography. Results expressed as μg FC, CE, or TC per g of aortic protein. Baseline N=7, No Treatment N=7, and Treatment N=6. Data analyzed by Bonferroni's Multiple Comparison test. Data are expressed as Mean ± SEM. Statistically significant differences (P < 0.05, P < 0.01, and P < 0.001) are represented by *, **, and ***, respectively.
