CD8+ T cell proliferation was assayed using CFSE dilution with FACS analysis (A), results showed that DMSCs resulted in significant inhibition of CD8+ T cell proliferation (A). The apoptosis of CD8+ T cells co-cultured with or without DMSCs was analyzed by flow cytometry detecting PI stained cells (B). Each experiment was repeated three times and similar results were obtained.
