Stability of CA-lys-TFA under nine conditions. The nine conditions were Caco-2 homogenate, rat plasma with and without PMSF (phenylmethylsulfonyl fluoride), rat liver S9 fraction with and without NADPH, SIF (simulated intestinal fluid with pancreatic enzymes), 1 M HCl, and buffer at pH 7.4 and pH 6.8. Stability study duration was 4 h, except DPBS and HBSS used 3 h. The percent remaining did not different from initial amount (p>0.097; Student's paired t-test). Each study was performed in triplicate.
