(A) HeLa cells were transduced with lentiviral particles harboring the pLKO.1-puro-CMV-TurboGFP expressing vector at three different multiplicity of infectivity (MOI) values of 1, 5, and 10. Resulting images for enhanced GFP production and Hoechst-stained nuclei at either 6 or 8 days post cell seeding are shown.
