Transcriptional activity of a luciferase reporter gene in unmethylated and methylated DMR sequences from the introns of 15 genes. Transient transfections were performed with a control plasmid (pCpGL-EF1 promoter) or pCpGL-EF-DMR in P/I-treated EL-4 T cells using unmethylated (CpG) or in vitro SssI methylated (mCpG) reporter plasmids.
