MHC class II is not required to induce CCL22. (A) BMDC were generated from B6.SJL MHC II^−/− mice and congenic B6.SJL control mice, and stimulated with 100 µg ml⁻¹ of YFAK or YEAK for 3 days. CCL22 production in supernatant was analyzed by ELISA. Each condition has four replicates, and similar result was obtained in two different experiments.
