(B) Lung tissue MØs were cultured with Foxp3⁻ OT-II CD4 T cells at a ratio of 1:5 APCs/T cells in the presence of OVA peptide. After 5 d, the expression of Foxp3 in gated CD4 T cells was analyzed. Neutralizing anti–TGF-β1, isotype control IgG, RAR antagonist LE540 in DMSO, or vehicle control DMSO was added as indicated. Data are representative of three independent experiments.
