Raw264.7 cells were labeled in SILAC medium. Cells were then either left unstimulated (cells grown in light media, L) or stimulated with either 10 mM PGE2 (cells grown in medium media, M) or a combination of PGE2 and 100 ng/ml LPS (cells grown in heavy media, H). Phosphoproteomic analysis was carried out as described in Materials and Methods, and the phospho-peptides identified for SIK2 and SIK3 are listed along with their ratios in the different conditions.
