Intramuscular (IM)	0.07 mg/kg–0.08 mg/kg
Oral	0.2 mg/kg–0.5 mg/kg diluted in juice
Nasal	0.2 mg/kg–0.3 mg/kg
Rectal	0.3 mg/kg diluted in 5 mL normal saline
