(A) A significant increase was observed in the serum levels of sFlt-1 in response to hypoxia in pregnant mice, with significantly higher levels in IL-10−/− mice (n=6). (B) sEng levels were also elevated in response to hypoxia, although no differences were observed between wild type and IL-10−/− mice (n=6).
