Swiss mice were treated for 28 days with MeHg (40mg/l diluted in tap water) and/or Probucol. Plasma TC (A), HDL cholesterol (B), non-HDL cholesterol (C), and TG (D) levels are presented as mg/dl. C57BL/6 (wild type or LDLr^–/–) mice were treated for 21 days with MeHg (40mg/l diluted in tap water). Plasma TC (E), HDL cholesterol (F), non-HDL cholesterol (G), and TG (H) levels are presented as mg/dl.
