E1B55K of all serotypes colocalize and bind PML. H1299 cells were transfected with plasmid DNAs expressing HA-tagged E1B55K of different serotypes. (A) Transfected cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde and stained for HA, PML, and DNA (with DAPI). (B) Transfected cells were treated for the last 6 h with LMB, fixed in paraformaldehyde and stained for HA, PML, and DNA (with DAPI). (C) Transfected cells were lysed and immunoprecipitated with antibodies against PML and immunoblotted with antibodies against HA.
