The upper panels show TPC protein bands resolved from lPA samples with (+) and without (−) incubation with peptide:N-glycosidase F (PNGase). Deglycosylation of TPC1 or TPC2 protein with peptide:N-glycosidase F reduced the double band signals to a single band (upper panels). The middle panels show representative blots of TPC1 and TPC2 proteins in samples of sPAs, lPAs, and aortas.
