Structures were refined in CNS and the 20 structures with lowest energy and best scores (according to MolProbity) were selected for analysis. Structural statistics are given as the mean for the 20 best structures. The clashscore is defined as the number of steric overlaps > 0.4 Å/1000 atoms.
