Root-gall rating and reproduction of Meloidogyne incognita on 22 accessions of Cucumis melo var. texanus from various locations across North America. Resistant control was C. metuliferus (PI 482452) and susceptible control was C. melo ‘Hales Best Jumbo’. Plants were harvested 7 wk after inoculation of 400 eggs/100-cm3 soil.
