T24 cells were observed after cultured in RPMI-1640 containing hWJMSC-MVs (0, 100 or 200 µg/ml protein) for 72h. Cells exposed to hWJMSC-MVs (B, 100 µg/ml protein; C, 200 µg/ml protein) for 72h showed decreases in cell number and production of degenerating/dead cells compared to control (A). They exhibited fragmentation, cell shrinkage, membrane damage, blebbing and cell debris. Scale bar  =  200 µm.
