Figure 1b – profile of the mechanical vibration pattern for the generated tissue stimulation. Sine shaped vibration at 20 Hz frequency, (25 to 30) × 10^-6 m of displacement amplitude and peak-to-peak acceleration of 0.5 m/sec² (± 0.1 m/sec²) was applied to the well plates.
