Action potential traces were recorded in three groups and compared with the HMI and Control groups. APD₅₀ and APD₉₀ were markedly prolonged in HMI + NGF cardiomyocytes (A-C). No significant difference was detected in the amplitude of the action potential and the resting membrane potential among various groups (D and E). *P < 0.01 vs. Ctrl group, ^#P < 0.05, ^†P < 0.01 vs. HMI group.
