Cells were incubated for 48 h in serum-free medium to synchronize cells in the G1 phase at 0 h. After that, cells were incubated in the medium with 10% FCS and collected at 2 h, 6 h, 12 h, and 24 h. The percentages of cells in G1, G2, and S phases were evaluated by flow cytometry.
