The glycosyltransferase sequences were retrieved from Carbohydrate-active enzymes database (http://www.cazy.org/GT1_eukaryota.html) and NCBI database. The asterisks indicate those glycosyltransferases with confirmed enzymatic activities toward phytohormone related compounds.
