Immunolabelling of untreated cells (a,c,e) and H₂O₂-treated cells (b,d,f). Cells were stained for BACE1 (a,b) with mouse monoclonal antibody 61-3E7 and for early endosomal marker, EEA1 (c,d). Partial colocalisation of BACE1 and EEA1 was observed in both untreated cells (e), and treated cells (f). Bar = 20 µm.
