Change in body weight for mice that were administered 250, 500, or 2500 nmol MJ33 in liposomes i.v. (A) or i.t. (B). An additional i.v. group received multiple doses (i.v.) at 2500 nmol per day for 4 days. Mouse body weights were measured at weekly intervals. Values are mean ± S.E. for n = 5 for each group. Initial body weight of mice was 21.5 ± 0.15 g (n = 45). No deaths occurred during the observation periods. *P < 0.05 compared with the corresponding control (no MJ33).
