Lung uptake of MJ33 at increasing time after i.v. or i.t. injection as determined by MS

Data are presented as mean ± range for n = 2; all other values are single measurements. The amount of MJ33 was calculated based on the area ratios (Fig. 2) using a calibration curve constructed with the same amount of internal standard and variable amount of MJ33.
