Four (n = 4) animals in each group were used.
Bats were sacrificed at hibernation (H) or 48 h after arousal (A).
Concentrations determined were represented as mean ± SD of three repeats.
Statistical significance (P <0.05) was found between hibernation and arousal states of bats.
The concentration was below the detection limit of the assay kit.
