Assessment of cross-tolerance between the cannabimimetic effects of THC and O-6211. Mice were treated with either vehicle (open bars) or 10 mg kg−1 THC (black bars) s.c. twice daily for 3 days. The following day, subjects were administered either vehicle, 10 mg kg−1 THC, or 3 or 10 mg kg−1 O-6211 (i.v.), then assessed in the tetrad tests 5 min later. Values represent the mean (±SEM) of six mice per treatment.
