Data are from the experiments shown in Fig. 2B and 2C. Dose-response uptake values were fitted to Equation 1 to estimate the apparent affinity constants (K_0.5) and highest rates (J_max) of MPP⁺ and spermidine carrier-dependent transport, plus a non-mediated, diffusive component (K_d). The standard error of the fits is shown.
