(B) Representative immunofluorescence images of HEK-293-ASC-YFP cells expressing WT and N-terminal deletions of NLRP3 under transient low expression conditions (100 ng plasmid DNA for 8h), and activated with 15 μM nigericin for 45 min prior to imaging.
