BALB/c mice (n = 8/group) were immunized i.d. with 1 × 10¹⁰ vp AdHu5 and boosted thirteen weeks later with 1 × 10⁷ pfu MVA encoding either PbAMA1, PbMSP9 or no malaria antigen (Control). Two weeks post-boost mice were challenged with 5 × 10² P. berghei ANKA pRBC and monitored for parasitemia.
