U4A cells were infected with rhMPV-WT or -ΔG, and harvested at different time p.i. to either prepare total cell lysates or to purify mitochondria. Levels of RIG-I, MAVS, STING and calnexin levels in mitochondria (A) or RIG-I in cell lysates (B) were determined by Western blot. Membranes were stripped and reprobed with anti-beta actin or anti-SDHA antibody, respectively, as loading controls. Data are representative of two independent experiments.
