Rats were divided to 4 groups and treated with CdCl2 at different concentrations (high dose 1.225, mid-dose 0.612 and low does 0.306 mg/kg body weight, respectively) or with 0.9% NaCl as control. The quantitative analysis of TEF-1δ mRNA expression in cadmium-exposed rats was detected by fluorogenic quantitative PCR (FQ-PCR) and the mRNA expression levels were calculated relative to β-actin. All the data were shown as χ̄ ± SE.
