(b) Dose-dependent effect of purified, “P”, SWNT (329 m2/g total surface) on GSH concentration after 2-hour exposure in PBS buffer. 1 mM H2O2 serves as a positive control, and is shown to deplete 2mM GSH consistent with complete reduction of H2O2 to water.
