(a) RNA extracted from transfected and untransfected T84 cells after 24 hours was reverse transcribed to cDNA and probed for TSPAN3 using Taqman PCR (expressed in arbitrary units normalised to 18s RNA). (b) T84 cells in a 96-well plate were transfected with a control fluorescent-labeled siRNA to confirm transfection efficiency.
