BMSoup-treated group had a comparable percentage of surface area occupied by acinar cells as Control (sham-irradiated) and IR+BM groups, but a higher surface area with acinar cells than irradiated mice (IR+PBS) (*P<0.05, **P<0.01; N = 5 mice per group). B. BMSoup-treated mice had higher density of blood vessels (by von Willebrand factor) than irradiated mice. C. BMSoup-treated mice had higher cell proliferation (by PCNA) than irradiated mice.
