18O depth profiles in 20 nm LSC82 thin films at different temperatures. For each temperature/time setting, both strain states LSC/STO and LSC/LAO were annealed together in 18O2. Tensile LSC/STO incorporates more 18O and has the flatter drop of the 18O fraction toward the interface.
