IQR = interquartile range. SD = standard deviation.
All patients were treated with corticosteroids, exclusively with prednisolone except in one case where the patient was treated with intramuscular methylprednisolone. However, the response to treatment was poor and so the patient was changed to oral prednisolone, resulting in a good response to treatment.
