Confocal microscopy was performed to observe colocalization of FITC-labeled DC-Chol/DOPE (2/3) liposomes and rhodamine-labeled pH-sensitive PEGylated liposomes in complexes of DC-Chol/DOPE (2/3) liposomes/pH-sensitive PEGylated liposomes with a charge ratio of 1/1 (m/m [+/−]).
