Hypoxia induces expression of LR11 in HSPCs. After incubation for 24 or 48 h under normoxic or hypoxic conditions, the LR11 expression levels in c-Kit⁺ Lin⁻ cells and Lin⁺ cells were evaluated by immunoblot analysis as described under “Experimental Procedures.” The LR11-specific signals at 250 kDa were quantified using the Image Lab software.
