Figure 6. — pmeLUC reveals an enhanced level of ATP release from autophagy-competent cancer cells. CT26 cancer cells engineered to express the pmeLUC exhibited a significant increase in ATP-dependent luminescence 48 h after systemic chemotherapy with the anti-cancer drug mitoxantrone.
