Colony-forming ability of the ALDHLow and ALDHHigh populations. ALDHLow and ALDHHigh populations were sorted for each line and then cultured at a low density for two weeks. Colonies were stained and counted. The colony-forming efficiency is the percentage of cells plated that formed a colony. This graph displays the average of six wells.
