Effect of 8-Br-cAMP and CRH on cell viability. BeWo cells were cultured in 10% CCS media and treated with 0~750 μM 8-Br-cAMP (A) or 0~100 nM CRH (B) for 48 h, and the viable cell number was determined by MTT assay.
