Black arrows indicate codons, around which there are the potential B-linear epitopes predicted with BCPREDS [24]. Black triangles indicate amino acids recognized by previously reported MAbs [38]. Black diamonds indicate potential N-glycosylation sites predicted with N-Glycosite [22]. The fusion peptide is underlined, and the protease cleavage site is indicated with a black star. Numbers indicate the amino acid position in the primary F open reading frame.
