Table 2 shows the proteins that were enriched or excluded by modified nucleosomes compared to unmodified nucleosomes at least 1.5-fold in both, the forward and reverse pulldown experiments. Proteins are grouped according to their ratio H/L in the forward experiments. Proteins marked by an asterisk are just below the threshold. For the values of the SILAC ratios see Tables S1 and S2.
