(A) BMA3 cells were infected with Listeria expressing AU-NP-S-FLAG or AU-R-NP-S-FLAG and surface Kb-SIINFEKL levels were measured at 10 min intervals from 90 to 300 min post-infection. (B) BMA3 cells were infected with rVV expressing NP-S-eGFP or Ub-R-NP-S-eGFP and surface Kb-SIINFEKL levels were measured as in (A), above. (C and D) Bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMMΦ) and dendritic cells (BMDC) were infected with Listeria expressing AU-NP-S-FLAG or AU-R-NP-S-FLAG and surface Kb-SIINFEKL levels were measured at 20 min intervals from 80 to 300 min post-infection. All graphs are representative of 3 independent experiments.
