BMA3 cells were infected with either Listeria expressing AU-NP-S-FLAG or rVV expressing NP-S-eGFP and treated with either 5 μM Epoxomicin or DMSO vehicle. (A) Surface Kb-SIINFEKL levels were measured at 20 min intervals from 80 to 240 min post-infection in cells treated with DMSO vehicle. (B) Recombinant protein levels were determined in epoxomicin treated cells 3 h post-infection by quantitative Western blot analysis using an AU-NP-S-FLAG of known concentration as a standard. The graph and Western blots are representative of two independent experiments.
