Retroviral transfer of mRNA into 293FT cells using relative RT-qPCR analysis. Quantitative RT-PCR analysis of luciferase mRNA levels in 293FT cells, 3 and 6 h post-transduction with retroviral particles harvested 48 h post-transfection, in each condition the luciferase mRNA was normalized to that of β-actin.
