Ten-day-old seedlings of the wild type (Col-0) and par1-1 were germinated and grown on MS medium supplemented with different combinations of BFA (4 μm) and paraquat (1 μm). B, Subcellular localization of PAR1-GFP in the roots of PAR1:PAR1-GFP transgenic seedlings treated with 30 μm BFA for 2.5 h.
