Visualization of the redox status of CHLM in 21-d-old wild-type (Col-0) and ntrc mutant plants growing under SD conditions. Protein extracts from different light treatments were extracted under nonreducing conditions and were either treated with (+AMS) or without (−AMS) AMS.
