C, the cellular localization of the GFP fusion proteins was determined by fluorescence microscopy. Nuclear staining of the accumulated proteins was indicated by their co-localization with Pus1-RFP, a nuclear protein. No changes in the cellular localization of the various stabilized proteins were indicated.
